“Wonderful Weekend Away”
The Russell House B&B is charming, homey, and comfortable; everything my husband and I wanted in a night away. We stayed in early May, for one night and we wish we could have stayed for more. When we arrived (around 5pm) there was around envelope on the desk with a key to our room. The envelope also contained a letter from innkeeper, Nancy. We went to the room and instantly felt at home. The room was tastefully decorated and the private bathroom was stunning. I actually told my husband I want a bathroom like that in our home! We found recommendations for restaurants in the living area downstairs and selected a local spot that was perfect for us. The beds inn this B&B are incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. Breakfast on Sunday morning was excellent; a fresh fruit cup yogurt, granola, Belgian waffles with blueberry compote, and Applewood smoked bacon. It was delicious and filling! We can’t wait to come back again!

“Impeccable!”
Russell House B&B was delightful in every way! From the variety of rooms to fit any personal preferences (for instance, I preferred my own entrance/exit), the beautiful kitchen and dining area stocked with delicious food and 24hr complimentary availability of water, coffee, tea, the amazing beds and linens, the cozy living room to relax by the fire, the large plush towels and spacious bathrooms, to the wonderful hostess Nancy,who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable- these people “nailed’ it! Great job! The breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start our long journey home – believe me , we will be back! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place. I will recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

“Lovely place to rest and relax”
Spent two nights here in room 5. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. Started with a fruit cup, yogurt, and granola. The fruit was cut into small bite size pieces which made it quite easy to eat. The bacon was perfectly cooked. Cookies were always available along with tea, coffee, and water. The room was comfortable with super large towels and warm cozy robes to relax in. Nancy, the hostess, was attentive and always available to answer questions. Made for a great weekend getaway.

“Who remodels using Restoration Hardware?”
And Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn? I guess if you don’t have a water view you offer your guests alternative pleasures and this b&b is first class all the way! Nancy, your hostess, just couldn’t be nicer, remembering each guest’s name and greeting you with it for breakfast. Which, by the way, is delicious and beautifully presented. Beds are super comfy, the Restoration Hardware bath sheets are big enough to wrap 3 people. And… the Cuddledown pillows, from Yarmouth ME, ensure a perfect night’s rest. If comfort and style are what you seek, make sure to stay here on your next trip to Boothbay.

“A very nice, relaxing trip!”
We went for the night to see the Botanical Gardens…tickets were included with the room so that was real nice. The room was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The innkeeper Nancy was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! Would highly recommend.
