We are also committed to the wellbeing of our guests, staff, and our resort community. Because of this, we are adopting a few changes in our daily check-in and guest room routines to give you extra peace of mind.
Check In / Check Out
Our new check-in procedure allows for you to check-in without having face to face contact with our Innkeeper. There will be an envelope with your last name on it in the “Self Check-in Mailbox” located just to the right of our Front Door. Check-in begins at 3 pm. We WILL NOT be entering your room if you stay longer than one night, but will leave any amenities that you might need at your door. Guests are requested to check out by 10:00am. Please leave your completed and signed check-in papers along with your roomkey in your guest room. If you wish to have a later departure time, please contact us the day before to ensure your room is available.
June 2020 —
If you cancel your bed and breakfast reservation more than 3 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee of $25 dollars per reservation. Cancellations that occur within 3 days of arrival during bed & breakfast season will not be refunded.
July and August 2020 —
If you cancel your bed and breakfast reservation more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee of $25 dollars per reservation. Cancellations that occur within 7 days of arrival during bed & breakfast season will not be refunded.
September through December 2020 —
If you cancel your bed and breakfast reservation more than 14 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee of $25 dollars per reservation. Cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival during bed & breakfast season will not be refunded.
If you choose to rebook your reservation to a later date you will not be charged a $25 cancelation fee and the deposit will be converted into a gift certificate for a future stay.
Room rates are based double occupancy. Our per room occupancy is max two persons per room based on terms of licensing.
Breakfast & Refreshments
The dining room is located off the lobby, to the left of the lounge. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the breakfast area, please help yourself. There is cream for your coffee or tea in the mini fridge beside the ice machine. In doing so, please be sure to wash your hands in accordance with CDC guidelines on your way into the common area and out of the common area. Your health and our health is important to us!
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the decks. You may smoke on the driveway and on the lawn, but please dispose of your cigarettes responsibly using the receptacle provided by the barn door.
Parking & Access to Main Road
Please use the designated spaces at the top of the driveway and on the entrance approach. When you leave the property, follow the driveway around the back of the property, keeping the house on your left.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the property and is free for guests to use. To connect please select “Russell House Guest” on your device and you should be connected without a password.
Though we are indeed animal lovers, for the health, safety and convenience of other guests, and to provide the cleanest accommodations possible, only service animals are permitted on the property. The Innkeeper will gladly assist you in making local kennel arrangements for your pet.
